3D planning service
3D Planning is the key to success in aligner therapy. We have extensive knowledge and know-how in that field, having performed around 6,000 plannings in the last two years, refining constantly our skills and validating changes with clinical evidences. Only clinicians working on both sides of the production can offer such expertise. From attachment design to the physical properties of aligner material, not to forget adequate staging of the treatment sequence : nothing is left apart ! Aligner Production
After years of In-office aligner production, we moved to industrial level, with 24/7 3D printing process and robotized laser cutting solution. Our choices allow us to withstand short deadlines while offering the best quality available on the market today. We have selected 2 materials for the aligners, among the very best. One is shape-memory 3-layers foil for smooth movements and ultimate patient comfort, and one more stiff for better control of specific movements as root control, used when patient has past the first weeks of the treatment.
